Objectives of this role:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand the client's persona, industry, pain & gains, preferences, and trends.
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
- Develop a thorough understanding of service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
- Use growth techniques to generate new business and revenue opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
- Actively maintain positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer experience.
- Adherence and monitoring of sales progress to ensure revenue goals are being met.
- Track and maintain all business-related processes and reports for the client funnel.
- Maintain accurate client records in the system/CRM.
- Collaborate across departments (sales & operations) to ensure client needs are being met.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.
- Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about company services.
- Make cold calls or perform warm outreach using outside-the-box sales tactics.
- Maximize sales performance through strong relationships with clients and awareness of their needs.
- Represent the company effectively by developing comprehensive knowledge of its offerings.
- Stay on top of accounts ensuring services are within budget and meet needs.
- Find key personnel in client companies to establish profitable relationships.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
- Provide continuous, constructive feedback to the marketing and tech operations team.
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders.
- Utilize HubSpot tools to ensure a standardized process throughout all sales stages.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas.
Skills Required:
- Proven record of sales growth
- Experience in Overseas sales, customer service, and Account management
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Exceptional project management skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in AU timezone; sharp negotiation skills
- Problem-solving skills; knowledge of various sales methodologies
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and positive customer feedback
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
