Job Summary
Roshira Living LLP is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the company’s accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, financial management, compliance, and reporting, with the ability to handle day-to-day financial activities efficiently and support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
· Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/annual financial reports.
· Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
· Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
· Handle audits, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for financial matters.
· Develop and implement financial controls and accounting processes.
· Support management with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
· Should have experience in inventory management
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) with specialization in Accounts/Finance.
· CA aspirants/students actively pursuing their qualification can also apply
Experience Required
· 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience in accounting and financial management.
Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong expertise in Accounts and Financial Management.
· Sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance regulations.
· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Good communication and team management skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

· Responsible, trustworthy, and highly organized.
· Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
· Experience in managing end-to-end accounting functions.
