Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Account Manager. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining relationships with artists and labels, ensuring smooth distribution to digital streaming platforms, and overseeing royalty payouts and reporting. The Account Manager will also support clients with rights management, content delivery, and promotional activities. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting inquiries, providing technical and customer support, and assisting in planning strategies to help artists grow and maximize their reach.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Account Coordination skills
- Familiarity with Digital Music Distribution and content delivery platforms
- Understanding of Royalty Accounting, Transparent Reporting, and Rights Management
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Playlist Pitching
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Problem-Solving and Customer Support skills
- Experience in music rights management or content delivery systems is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Music Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is advantageous
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
