Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Account Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high satisfaction by addressing and resolving client needs. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams to deliver services aligned with client expectations, identifying opportunities for account growth, and preparing reports on account activities. The Account Manager will also act as a point of contact for clients, seeking feedback and providing solutions for any challenges.
Qualifications
- Client Management and Relationship Building skills, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution skills, ensuring timely and effective handling of client concerns.
- Organizational and Time Management skills, with experience in managing multiple accounts and deliverables simultaneously.
- Analytical skills with experience in preparing and interpreting account performance reports and metrics.
- Experience in the food service, catering, or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
