About the role:We're a US-based agency looking for a sharp communicator to manage day-to-day client relationships. You'll be the primary point of contact for US clients - running status calls, managing expectations, coordinating with internal delivery teams, and ensuring projects move forward smoothly. This is not a sales role; it's a relationship and operations role.
Responsibilities:- Own daily client communication via email, Slack, and video calls
- Run weekly status calls and send recap notes with clear next steps
- Coordinate between US clients and internal delivery teams (design, dev, marketing)
- Manage scope, timelines, and expectations proactively
- Flag risks early and resolve issues before escalation
- Maintain project documentation and client-facing reports
- Build long-term trust and identify upsell signals to pass to leadership
Must-have skills:- 3+ years in client services, account management, or project coordination at a US-facing agency
- Excellent spoken and written English - comfortable running US client calls solo
- Strong project management instincts (timelines, scope, dependencies)
- Familiarity with PM tools - Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or Monday
- Slack-native communication, comfortable with async + sync workflows
- US shift availability
Nice-to-have:- Background in a specific agency vertical (creative, performance marketing, web dev, video)
- Experience with client retention and account growth metrics
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Google Data Studio, Looker)
