Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Piduguralla. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include liaising with clients, identifying their needs, generating business opportunities, and providing excellent account management services. Additionally, the Account Manager will work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client relationship management, communication, and problem-solving
- Strong understanding of client requirements analysis and business development
- Skill in sales, negotiation, and contract management
- Basic knowledge of mining and metals industry processes or a willingness to learn
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in account management or a similar client-facing role is advantageous
- Ability to work on-site in Piduguralla, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh
