Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Kannur. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strong relationships with customers, understanding client needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of Sulfex’s products and services. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, coordinating with the production team, overseeing order processing, and identifying opportunities for new business. The role also involves preparing sales reports and participating in strategic planning to achieve company sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Client Account Management and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Sales and Marketing knowledge and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Tally software, and sales management tools
- Bachelor's degree ,Mba Finance,Cma india,Mcom,CA inter,Acca or related field
- Experience in the mattress or sleep solutions industry is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
