This is a full-time, on-site role for a Account Manager based in Mumbai.
Location : Andheri East, Mumbai
Department : SMM - Account Executive & Manager ( Brands )
# of positions : Executives - 2 | Manager - 1
Total Minimum Experience : 2 - 3 years
The Social Media Executive will manage social media platforms for brands, execute multiple marketing campaigns, optimize content for engagement, and oversee community interactions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to delivering impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilties -
- Brainstorm. Ideate. Strategise. Execute.
- Interacting with account planning team and devising an appropriate campaign strategy.
- Act as a main POC between client and internal teams, in all matters concerning to the campaign execution.
- Ensuring timely deliveries to the client, whilst adhering to hygiene checks.
- Maintaining accurate weekly work records & monthly tracking reports.
- Creative input with ideas & concept strategy to internal & external teams.
- R&D with creative strategy team.
Qualifications -
- Proven experience in Account Management & Client Servicing ( Agency / Brands BG compulsory )
- Experience in handling multiple brands simultaneously and implementing strategies across social platforms.
- Excellent using knowledge of Canva, Google Workspace & MS Office.
- Excellent communication, time management, soft skills & problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
