Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Account Manager for our on-site location in Chennai, India. The role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships while managing and executing innovative branding and marketing strategies. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, collaborate with internal teams, ensure timely delivery of services, and track campaign performance. Responsibilities include project management, communicating client feedback, and presenting insights to optimize results.
Qualifications
- Experience in client relationship management, project coordination, and account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to interact effectively with clients and teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
- Knowledge of brand development, content strategy, and storytelling techniques.
- Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and draw actionable insights to drive client success.
- Familiarity with tools for content management, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics is a plus.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or relevant field.
- Experience in the branding, advertising, or digital marketing industry is preferred.
