Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager position located in Sagar. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, maintain client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and address client needs effectively. The role also includes managing account performance, identifying growth opportunities, tracking payment schedules, and collaborating with teams to improve financial solutions. The candidate will take an active role in strategic planning to achieve business goals and ensure compliance with company policies.


Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Account management experience with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, payment tracking, and account performance monitoring
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of SME financing, personal loans, or rural financial services is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to perform well under deadlines
