Working hours are 6:30pm to 3:30 am IST (9am to 6pm EST)
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Management Executive who can effectively manage healthcare practice accounts, build strong client relationships, and turn operational data into meaningful insights.

What You'll Bring to the Table
- Fluency in English to effectively communicate with healthcare practice accounts and global teams.
- 1–2 years of experience in account management, healthcare operations, client servicing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret trends and operational data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned healthcare practice accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.
- Track operational metrics such as patient booking ratios, appointment trends, cancellations, and follow-ups.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations with actionable business insights.
- Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and patient engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of account-related workflows.
- Monitor account performance and proactively address concerns or gaps.
- Maintain accurate documentation and account records in internal systems.
- Support leadership with reporting, data analysis, and account performance reviews.
