Role Description
The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kakori. The Account Manager will manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and provide solutions to meet client needs. The role also involves identifying opportunities for account growth and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services.
Qualifications

- Ability to evaluate account performance and provide data-driven insights
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in coordinating with internal teams and ensuring effective collaboration
- Familiarity with industry trends and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in computer software and CRM tools
- Previous account management or customer service experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
