Roles & responsibilities :
• Manage and grow assigned enterprise accounts, building strong relationships with CXOs, CISOs, and IT leaders.
• Drive revenue through new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead qualification to deal closure for all cyber security opportunities.
• Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver solution-based proposals.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates using relevant company systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and OEM partners to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deal execution.
• Undertake assignments as required by the business that drive growth or improve customer experience.
• Should be responsible and accountable for revenues, margins & 100% on-time collections
• Gather market intelligence of the opportunities.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales (IT, cybersecurity, or technology solutions preferred).
• Proven track record of closing large or mid size, complex enterprise deals to strategic accounts.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance data.
• Understanding & Experience in cybersecurity / IT infrastructure / cloud solutions sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Ex: Zoho CRM)
• Resilience to overcome challenges and setbacks in the sales process.
