We're looking for
Account Managers!
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term engagement and customer satisfaction
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with client business goals and organizational objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, escalations, and relationship management
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable products, services, and solutions
- Conduct regular business reviews, performance discussions, and stakeholder meetings with clients
- Monitor account performance metrics and prepare reports, forecasts, and growth plans
- Maintain accurate account records, sales pipelines, and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining high service standards
- Support contract renewals, negotiations, and commercial discussions with clients
- Identify market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to support business growth strategies
