Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Jabalpur. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing business development opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer support. The role includes overseeing project contracts, coordinating with teams to meet client needs, and ensuring timely execution of services. Regular monitoring of account performance and addressing client concerns will also be critical responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong account management, customer relationship management, and client satisfaction skills
- Proven ability in business development and strategic account planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in organizational and time management to handle multiple client accounts effectively
- Technical understanding of refractory lining services or high-temperature process industries is a plus
- Familiarity with contract management and project execution in industrial environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for teamwork and collaboration
