Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Account Manager role located in Navi Mumbai. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, managing accounts of individual and business clients, and offering tailored financial solutions based on client needs. Core responsibilities include overseeing loan and financial product applications, coordinating with financial institutions, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Additionally, you will actively work to identify new business opportunities and lead generation within your accounts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client relationship management and account maintenance
- Ability to analyze financial needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in communication (both verbal and written) and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with banking products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance is an advantage
- Experience in sales, client handling, or related fields is preferred
- Proficiency in using business tools, including CRM platforms and financial software applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
