We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager who thrives in client-facing roles, understands the staffing industry and delivers exceptional service to our U.S. based clients.
Objectives of the Role
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key U.S. clients.
• Understand client workforce needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
• Drive account growth, client satisfaction, and retention across assigned programs.
• Promote collaboration between recruiting teams and client stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Regularly engage with clients to assess business objectives, forecast hiring needs, and provide proactive solutions.
• Analyze client data to identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with recruiting and delivery teams to meet or exceed SLAs and program metrics.
• Resolve client concerns promptly while maintaining strong relationships.
• Support strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and account expansion efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within staffing or workforce solutions.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems; familiarity with VMS tools is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple U.S. clients and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of contingent workforce programs and client servicing best practices.
