Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our team at our on-site location in Dadri. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and preparing regular account performance reports. This role also involves contributing to sales strategizing and resolving any account-related issues proactively.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Sales, negotiation, and business development experience
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer inquiries and concerns
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple client accounts
- Ability to work on-site in Dadri and collaborate effectively with teams
- Prior experience in the automotive, EV, or renewable energy sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
