🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions
- Maintain purchase, sales, cash and bank entries
- Prepare invoices, vouchers and payment records
- Bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
- Accounts payable & receivable management
- GST, TDS and other statutory accounting work
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Vendor and customer account reconciliation
- Coordinate with internal departments, customers and suppliers
- Assist management in accounting and financial matters
🌍 Export & International Accounting Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Export Sales & Export Invoicing
- Understanding of Export Documentation
- Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC), Advance Payment & other export payment terms
- Basic knowledge of Foreign Currency Transactions
- Knowledge of Bank Realisation / Export Payment Follow-up
- Understanding of Shipping & Export-related documents
- Knowledge of GST / LUT / IGST procedures for exports will be an advantage
- Coordination with banks, freight forwarders and export customers
🔹 Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP & MS Excel
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Export accounting knowledge is preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities
