Role Description
We are seeking an Account Manager for a full-time on-site position in the Pune. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their business needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include onboarding new clients, providing product training, offering support, identifying upselling opportunities, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will focus on fostering strong and ongoing relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills
- 2 to 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success
- Proficient in handling client accounts and delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to identify client needs, propose solutions, and close upselling opportunities
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with tools for data analysis and software for survey, research, and reporting purposes is a plus
- Prior experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles is advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
- Willingness to work on-site in Baner, Pune.
Must-Have:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills for a US client-facing environment
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, handle objections, and drive renewals
- Willingness and ability to work the US time zone shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience serving nonprofit, higher education, or research-focused clients
- Familiarity with survey platforms, market research tools, or EdTech solutions
- Working knowledge of customer success metrics such as NPS, churn rate, and NRR.
Location: Pune, India (Onsite)
Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
