Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, manage accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities for growth, coordinating with clients and internal teams, planning and implementing strategies to drive sales, and addressing client inquiries. Additional duties involve monitoring account performance, preparing analytical reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer support.
