We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Account Manager with proven experience in managing TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) accounts in the US contract staffing domain. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the Beeline/VMS portal, deep understanding of US staffing processes, and a proven ability to scale accounts and drive business growt

- ing.Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients within the US Staffing mar
- ket.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targ
- ets.Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related interacti
- ons.Ensure consistent delivery against client SLAs, KPIs, and expectati
- ons.Build strong stakeholder relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and internal te
- ams.Identify opportunities to increase wallet share within the TCS acco
unt.
Recruitment Delivery & OperationsOversee end-to-end US IT contract recruitment lifec
- ycle.Ensure high-quality submissions and improved fill ra
- tios.Track team performance metrics such as submissions, interviews, placements, and rev
- enue.Provide guidance to recruiters on niche/critical requirem
- ents.Beeline / VMS ManagementWork extensively on Beeline portal for requisition tracking, candidate submissions, and repor
- ting.Ensure compliance with client processes and documentation within Bee
- line.Optimize submission strategies to improve selection ra
- tios.Business Growth & Client AcquisitionIdentify and onboard new clients in US staffing (IT/non
- -IT).Develop strategies to expand business beyond the TCS acc
- ount.Leverage existing network and market knowledge to generate leads and close d
- eals.Build long-term partnerships with direct clients/VMS/MSP prog
- rams.Team ManagementLead, mentor, and scale a team of recrui
- ters.Drive team productivity and ensure delivery of monthly/quarterly tar
- gets.Conduct performance reviews and training sess

Key Requirements10+ years of experience in US Staffing, with at least 2–3 years managing TCS acc
- ounts.Strong hands-on experience with Beeline VMS portal (manda
- tory).Proven track record of account scaling and revenue g
- rowth.Experience in US IT contract hiring across various technol
- ogies.Demonstrated ability in client acquisition and business develo
- pment.Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099 hiring m
- odels.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management s
