Hiring: Accounts Head
Location: Tricity – Chandigarh / Panchkula / Mohali preferred

Sunlit Urbana is looking for an experienced and reliable Accounts Head to manage and strengthen the company’s accounting, finance, compliance, and reporting functions.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in accounts management, taxation, statutory compliance, vendor/payment coordination, MIS reporting, and financial documentation. A CA qualification is not compulsory; however, candidates with solid hands-on accounting experience and the ability to independently manage the accounts function will be preferred.
Candidates from the Tricity region — Chandigarh, Panchkula, and Mohali — will be given preference. Prior experience in the real estate, construction, infrastructure, or property development sector will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial records.
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax coordination, statutory filings, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare regular MIS reports, cash flow statements, payment reports, receivables and payables tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, auditors, banks, and internal teams for finance-related matters.
- Maintain project-wise accounting records, expense tracking, and documentation.
- Support management with financial insights, reporting accuracy, and compliance discipline.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in accounts and finance management.
- CA qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, audit coordination, and statutory compliance.
- Real estate or construction industry experience will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage accounting responsibilities with ownership.
- Candidates based in Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali, or nearby areas will be preferred.
