Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Vishakhapatnam. The Account Manager will manage relationships with clients, oversee transactions, and ensure client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include handling client communication, providing property-related consulting, maintaining client records, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to meet business goals. Active participation in contract negotiation, documentation, and resolution of client issues will also be part of the responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client relationship management and communication skills
- Understanding of real estate business practices and property management processes
- Basic knowledge of financial and legal documentation related to real estate transactions
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with relevant tools and software for data management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, or account management is an advantage
