Role Description
This is a full-time commission based role at ParcelGuru located in Pune, with the flexibility for some remote work. Will be responsible for sales tasks, onboarding new eCommerce customers, schedule demos, and achieving monthly targets.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
· Identifying and prospecting potential enterprise client accounts through diverse channels.
· Qualifying leads and engaging prospects through effective outreach strategies.
Sales Process and Consultative Selling:
· Conducting thorough needs analysis and tailoring solutions to address client challenges.
· Demonstrating expertise in our products/services and articulating their value propositions effectively.
Relationship Management and Closing:
· Building strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
· Negotiating terms and closing deals while meeting revenue targets.
Sales Pipeline and Forecasting:
· Managing and updating the sales pipeline in our CRM system.
· Providing accurate sales forecasts and analyzing data for strategic improvements.
Reporting and Collaboration:
· Generating regular sales reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Sales skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
