With a mission to become the World’s No. 1 Email Marketing Agency, we’re scaling at hyper-growth. Our founders, Nishant and Sushant Yadav, launched Optimite in 2019 and have since partnered with the largest Shopify brands and digital agencies across the US and Europe.
Location: India (Remote)
Work Timings: 10am - 7pm IST or 1pm - 10pm IST depending on the role
Working Days: Monday to Friday, with 2 alternate Saturdays working. The 5th Saturday of the month will be a working day.

About The Role
We are looking for an Account Manager who can own client communication while ensuring seamless execution of email marketing campaigns and flows. This role sits at the intersection of client success, campaign coordination, and operational execution.
You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients while collaborating closely with Strategists, Designers, Developers, and Campaign teams to ensure every project is delivered accurately, on time, and without communication gaps.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive in communication, and comfortable understanding email marketing workflows, campaign execution, segmentation, and QA processes.
What will you do?
Client Communication & Relationship Management (45%)
- Act as the main communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Respond to client queries, requests, and updates within defined SLAs.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication around timelines, revisions, deliverables, and blockers.
- Ensure all communication across Slack, email, and ClickUp remains organized and actionable.
- Build strong client relationships through clarity, responsiveness, and ownership.
Metrics you'll own
- Percentage of client messages acknowledged within 2 hours during shift.
- Number of unresolved client threads or missed follow-ups.
- Communication-related escalations or rework instances.
- Client satisfaction and communication ratings.
Campaign Coordination & Execution (25%)
- Coordinate and manage email campaign and flow execution inside Klaviyo.
- Work closely with Strategists, Designers, and Developers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage timelines, approvals, segmentation requirements, and delivery schedules.
- Conduct QA checks including links, rendering, UTMs, audience segments, and asset verification before launch.
- Track campaign progress and maintain accurate task updates in ClickUp.
- Escalate blockers or risks proactively to avoid delivery delays.
Metrics you'll own
- On-time delivery rate.
- Percentage of campaigns sent without post-send issues.
- Rework rate per campaign or flow.
- Number of delivery delays caused by missed follow-ups or escalations.
- Issues identified during QA vs post-launch.
Reporting & Optimization (15%)
- Track campaign performance metrics including open rates, CTR, deliverability, and revenue impact.
- Maintain organized reporting and weekly status updates for clients.
- Identify recurring issues, workflow gaps, or optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with strategists on testing and campaign improvements.
- Ensure clean documentation, organized flow structures, and accurate segmentation.
Metrics you'll own
- Timely completion of weekly status reports.
- Campaign performance tracking accuracy.
- Process improvement recommendations implemented.
- Reduction in communication or execution errors over time.
Must Have
- 2 to 4 years of experience in client-facing coordination, account management, or email marketing operations.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good understanding of email marketing workflows and campaign execution.
- Hands-on familiarity with Klaviyo, segmentation, flows, campaign setup, or QA processes.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines simultaneously.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management tools.
Good to Have
- Experience working with ecommerce brands or digital agencies.
- Basic HTML knowledge for troubleshooting email issues.
- Understanding of Shopify and ecommerce operations.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
