This is a client-facing leadership role. You will manage a team of 10+ accountants and executives, serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of accounting, compliance, and audit support services.

What You'll Own
- Team Leadership — Manage, mentor, and coordinate a team of 10+ accounting professionals
- Client Servicing — Be the face of Ofin for your client portfolio; build relationships, resolve queries, and ensure client satisfaction
- Finalization of Accounts — Lead the finalization of books of accounts for assigned clients
- Income Tax Return Filings — Handle ITR filings for individuals, proprietorships, and small businesses
- Statutory Audit & Tax Audit Support — Assist clients through audit cycles with accurate documentation and representation
- GST & TDS Compliance — Oversee monthly/quarterly filings and ensure zero-miss compliance calendars for clients
- Internal Coordination — Work cross-functionally with the internal accounts team and senior leadership on escalations and reviews
Who We're Looking For
- Freshly Qualified CA (ICAI Final cleared) or Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter / IPCC cleared)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience — articleship, internship, or otherwise — in accounting, audit, or compliance
- Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of Income Tax, GST, TDS, and audit procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you will deal with clients daily
- Natural team leader — someone who takes ownership, delegates smartly, and drives accountability
- Candidates based in or near Mulund strongly preferred (Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Nahur, Thane)
