We’re on the hunt for an
Account Manager who can juggle client relationships, decode digital campaigns, and keep everything running smoother than a perfectly optimized ad set.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients - the one who gets what they want (sometimes before they do) and makes it happen with the help of a super-talented internal team. From SEO to paid media to email marketing, you’ll oversee campaigns end-to-end and make sure they don’t just run… they perform.

What You’ll Be Up To
- Be the main point of contact for clients building strong relationships and keeping communication crisp, clear, and actually enjoyable
- Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and beyond
- Turn client goals into smart, actionable strategies (and even better results)
- Collaborate with creative, content, tech, and media teams to bring campaigns to life
- Dive into performance data using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards to track what’s working (and what’s not)
- Share insights that actually mean something and help improve campaign performance
- Spot opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling (without being pushy)
- Keep timelines, budgets, and expectations firmly under control
What You Bring To The Table
- Experience in account management/client servicing (preferably in a digital marketing agency)
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
- A solid understanding of analytics and the ability to turn numbers into insights
- Strong communication skills - you can present ideas as well as you execute them
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and project tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp
- The ability to multitask without losing your mind (or missing a deadline)
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership
