Role Description
This is a full-time Account Manager position located on-site in Bengaluru South. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, creating strategies to meet sales or engagement objectives, and identifying growth opportunities within assigned accounts. The role also involves preparing regular reports, handling client escalations, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication. Manage and grow partner relationships, Drive onboarding and engagement with corporate clients, Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution, Identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and provide solutions to clients.
- 1+ yr experience in sales/partnership management/account management
- Proficiency in account analysis, financial planning, and the ability to identify growth opportunities for clients.
- Competency in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet goals and resolve client issues effectively.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and account management software is a plus.
- Proven experience in account management or a client-facing role is highly desired.
