About the RoleMetadome.ai is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive growth for our Service & Training solutions across automotive, industrial, and manufacturing enterprises in the United States.
This role is focused on managing and expanding key accounts by enabling organizations to adopt digital content, 3D, and immersive solutions for service operations, technician training, and customer education.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in enterprise account management, consultative selling, and a deep understanding of service and training workflows.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Growth- Manage and expand strategic enterprise accounts in the US market
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer business objectives
Stakeholder Engagement- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including:
- After-sales and service leaders
- Training and L&D teams
- Digital transformation and innovation teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers
Deal Management- Own the end-to-end lifecycle for account expansion opportunities
- Lead client discussions, solution presentations, and workshops
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, product, delivery) to drive deal closure
Customer Success & Adoption- Ensure successful onboarding and ongoing adoption of solutions
- Monitor account health, usage, and impact
- Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements
QualificationsExperience- 5–8 years of experience in Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Customer Success
- Proven experience managing enterprise clients in:
- Automotive, or
- Industrial / Manufacturing sectors
Skills- Strong consultative selling and account management capabilities
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (Director / VP level)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth environment
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with digital platforms, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions
- Exposure to 3D, immersive, or digital twin technologies
- Experience working in or with the US market
- Valid US visa or ability to travel to the US is a plus
