About the role
We are looking an Account Manager in our Engineering Services division, you will be the primary point of contact for US-based clients, managing staffing requirements and ensuring the timely delivery of top engineering talent. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, coordinate with recruitment teams, and oversee multiple open positions simultaneously. This role requires working on EST hours to align with clients, collaborating with internal teams to develop effective staffing solutions, and driving business growth through excellent service and problem-solving.
General Expectation
1. Manage US-based client relationships
2. Understand and fulfil staffing requirements
3. Coordinate with internal recruitment teams
4. Track and oversee multiple open positions
5. Work on EST hours to align with clients
6. Identify opportunities for business growth
7. Negotiate terms and contracts as needed
8. Maintain accurate client records and reports
9. Ensure compliance with company and client policies
10. Meet client satisfaction and placement targets
What is needed
· Experience with US-based engineering staffing
· Ability to work on EST hours
· Strong client relationship and communication skills
· Knowledge of engineering/technology industry requirements
· Experience managing multiple client accounts
· Ability to coordinate with recruitment teams

Experience
· Handling US-based engineering staffing or recruitment requirements
· Managing client accounts in engineering, IT, or technology sectors
· Coordinating with internal recruitment or delivery teams
· Working with multiple open positions simultaneously
· Experience in remote client management
· Working across time zones, specifically EST
· Exposure to end-to-end staffing processes (from requirement gathering to candidate placement)
· Experience in business development or account growth is a plus
