Account Specialist / Accounts Manager – LOLO CABCompany Description
LOLO CAB is a technology-driven intercity mobility platform focused on One-Way Intercity, Round Trip, Shared Intercity, Hourly Rental, and Airport Transfer services across India. Our mission is to make long-distance travel more affordable, transparent, and accessible through innovative mobility solutions and strong operational execution.
As we expand our operations, we are building a strong internal finance and accounts department to streamline vendor payments, employee salary management, financial reporting, and overall company accounting processes.
Role Description
LOLO CAB is hiring an experienced Account Specialist / Accounts Manager to manage and oversee the company’s complete financial operations. The candidate will work closely with the management team and CA team to ensure smooth accounting, compliance, reporting, and financial management across the organization.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of accounting experience and preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the travel, transport, mobility, or service industry.
This is a full-time role for someone who can independently handle day-to-day accounts operations, vendor management, salary processing, expense tracking, and coordination with the CA team for monthly financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage complete company accounting operations
• Handle vendor payments and reconciliation
• Process employee salaries and expense reimbursements
• Maintain sales and purchase entries accurately
• Manage company expenses, invoices, GST-related documentation, and payment records
• Coordinate with operations and management teams for financial approvals
• Prepare monthly financial reports and share updates with the CA team
• Maintain bookkeeping and accounting software records
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables
• Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
• Ensure proper financial discipline and reporting across departments
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts / Finance
• Experience in Travel, Transport, Mobility, Logistics, or Service Industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST, and accounting practices
• Ability to independently manage company financial operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Skills
• Experience handling vendor management and salary processing
• Understanding of startup finance operations
• Knowledge of GST filing support and financial documentation
• Ability to generate MIS and monthly reports
