Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Chennai. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving client queries, and maintaining effective communication between internal teams and clients. The role also includes analyzing client needs, preparing reports, executing client strategies, and contributing to business growth by identifying new opportunities within current partnerships. The selected candidate will act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring service excellence and alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills
- Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Report Preparation, and Client Strategy Execution
- Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration
- Proven experience in account management or related roles, preferably within the insurance or TPA industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
