Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to deliver results, providing regular updates and reports, and resolving client-related issues effectively and promptly. Strategic planning, multitasking, and meeting deadlines are essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management, Account Handling, and Stakeholder Communication
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Opportunity Identification, and Problem-Solving
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively with attention to detail
- Experience in generating reports, providing updates, and maintaining detailed records
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology to manage workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
- Prior experience in account management or client-facing roles is preferred
- Knowledge of the regional market and client base in Jaipur is an added advantage
- Managing Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compliance including calculation, deduction, and timely return filing
- Handling Goods and Services Tax (GST) activities such as return filing, reconciliation, and compliance
- Monitoring and controlling creditors and debtors, including invoice verification and payment follow-ups
- ensuring accurate invoicing and compliance with statutory requirements
- Managing and maintaining e-Invoicing system (India) as per government norms
- Performing financial record keeping, reporting, and reconciliation
- Supporting overall financial operations and compliance management of the company
