About the Role:
We're looking for an Account / Servicing Manager who can do two things really well: run brilliant work for our existing clients, and bring new ones in through the relationships they've already built.
You'll be the spine of how we deliver. The bridge between clients and our creative, content, and production teams. You'll also be one of the faces of Krea8 in the market: opening conversations, walking into rooms, and turning your existing network into business.
At Krea8, account managers aren't note-takers. You'll sit in pitch rooms, shape briefs, push the work to be sharper, and own delivery from concept to live. And because we're zero-dilution, the work you sell is the work we make. What You'll Do:
Client Management:
- Own day-to-day relationships across assigned brands
- Build briefs that set the team up to do their best work
- Manage approvals, timelines, and escalations with clarity.
- When something goes sideways — budget, timeline, scope — flag it first, with a solution
Project & Delivery Management:
- Run multiple brand retainers, launches, and campaigns simultaneously
- Coordinate across creative, content, design, video production, and influencer/social teams
- Own timelines, budgets, scopes, and deliverable trackers
- Pre-empt risks and unblock the team before things break
Business Development & Growth:
- Leverage your existing client and industry relationships to open conversations and bring in new business
- Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities — outreach, intro meetings, brief-stage conversations
- Work with the founders and creative leads to scope, pitch, and close projects and retainers
- Spot and grow organic opportunities within existing accounts (new categories, new scopes, new brands within the same group)
- Build and maintain a clean pipeline
What We're Looking For:
- 3–4 years in client servicing / account management at a creative, digital, content, or integrated agency
- An existing network of brand-side relationships (marketing, brand, social, content, comms decision-makers) that you can credibly tap into for business conversations
- Comfort with selling — not cold-calling for a CRM, but working a relationship from "let's catch up" to a signed scope
- Strong understanding of campaign workflows — creative, social, production, influencer, on-ground
- Proven ability to juggle multiple clients and projects without losing the thread
- Sharp written and verbal communication — briefs, meetings, recaps, decks, pitches
- Solid commercial sense — scopes, estimates, billing cycles, retainer math
- A bias for action. You push the work forward, not paper around it
