Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Bhubaneswar. The Account Manager will oversee client account relationship management, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing their needs. Daily tasks will include maintaining client communication, managing account portfolios, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and identifying new business opportunities to grow the company's client base. The Account Manager will also monitor market trends for potential strategies to strengthen client relationships and business development.
Qualifications
- Strong account management and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and presentations
- Experienced in identifying business opportunities and negotiating customer agreements
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software tools is a plus
- Knowledge of the mining and metals industry or related sectors is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar
