Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Raipur. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day activities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their product needs, preparing and processing sales orders, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing reports, and identifying new business opportunities to support company growth.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify business opportunities and drive sales strategies
- Proficiency in documentation and preparing detailed reports
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with the iron and steel industry or experience in B2B trading is an advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
