Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Nagpur. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with key clients, addressing and resolving customer queries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts, preparing detailed business reviews, meeting sales targets, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions. The role also involves monitoring market trends to create strategies for client retention and business growth.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Account management experience, including managing client portfolios, preparing reports, and achieving sales targets.
- Analytical skills for market trend analysis and the development of customer-centric solutions.
- Time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic knowledge of sales tools and platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven ability to work in a team and drive successful outcomes through collaboration.
- Prior experience in the retail or electronics industry is advantageous.
