Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Account Manager role located in Ahmedabad. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. Key tasks include maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying upselling opportunities, addressing client inquiries, and resolving complaints efficiently. The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of promised solutions and services, focusing on optimizing client satisfaction and meeting performance targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Account Handling
- Proficiency in Communication, both written and verbal, with excellent presentation abilities
- Competence in Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
- Basic knowledge of Sales Strategies and Upselling Techniques
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored business solutions
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in B2B platforms, customer service, or sales will be an advantage
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
