Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Gurugram. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, driving sales of ILS products, coordinating with the internal team for quick delivery, and addressing customer queries and concerns. The role also involves preparing reports, meeting sales targets, and assisting with new customer acquisitions to grow the company's business portfolio.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
- Knowledge and experience in sales, business development, and market analysis
- Familiarity with life sciences domains such as Genomics, Cell Biology, or Molecular Diagnostics
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the life sciences or biotechnology sector is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field
