ABOUT THE ROLE-
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager/ Client Servicing Manager to manage key client accounts, ensure smooth execution of campaigns, and act as a bridge between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of advertising and marketing processes, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements, business objectives, and campaign expectations.
- Coordinate with creative, production, media, strategy, and digital teams for timely execution of projects.
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of campaigns and deliverables.
- Prepare campaign briefs, presentations, proposals, reports, and meeting notes.
- Conduct regular client meetings, status calls, and follow-ups.
- Handle day-to-day client communication and resolve concerns promptly.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and approvals.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and upselling services.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated with advertising, marketing, and digital trends.
Requirements-
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management in an advertising or media agency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Good understanding of advertising campaigns, branding, digital marketing, and production processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
