Account Manager – eCommerce (2–3 Years Experience)
Job Location - Prabhadevi (West)
Employment Type - Full time (WFO)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle seller accounts on eCommerce platforms such as Etsy, eBay, and Amazon.
- Monitor account performance, listings, and sales to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with sellers to optimize product listings, pricing, and catalog management.
- Resolve account-related issues including listing errors, policy compliance, and account health.
- Track orders, inventory updates, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Analyze sales reports and suggest strategies to improve account performance.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience managing eCommerce marketplace accounts.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Etsy, eBay, and Amazon.
- Good understanding of product listing, catalog management, and order processing.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple seller accounts efficiently.
