Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our valued travel providers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our travel financing products and services. This role is crucial to our company's growth, as you will be responsible for nurturing partner relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned partner accounts, building strong and lasting relationships
- Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing partners
- Manage partner onboarding and training, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation process
- Monitor partner usage and engagement, identifying and addressing any potential issues or concerns
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to discuss performance, identify areas for improvement, and align on strategic goals
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to advocate for partner needs and ensure alignment
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, highlighting key metrics and insights
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner records in our CRM system
- Contribute to the development of best practices for account management and partner success
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to partners
Required Qualification
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong partner relationship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
Preferred Qualifications/Good to Have:
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of the travel industry.
- Knowledge of banking/NBFC/lending.
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling.
- Familiarity with account management methodologies.
