Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mathura for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, manage relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. The role involves developing and maintaining strong partnerships, addressing client inquiries and concerns, analyzing customer needs to provide tailored solutions, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The account manager will also collaborate closely with internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management and communication skills to manage diverse client accounts efficiently.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client needs with customized solutions.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of hospitality services and customer-focused strategies is advantageous.
- Proficiency with account management tools and familiarity with data analysis to track performance and improvements.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferable.
- Previous experience in account management or client relations roles is a plus.
