Growthic is hiring for an Account Manager role that sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and client management.
You’ll own client accounts end-to-end, driving execution, shaping strategy, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Own and manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring strong relationships and long-term retention
- Act as the primary point of contact, driving clear and confident communication with clients
- Understand client goals and translate them into strategic plans and actionable briefs
- Bring a strategic perspective to campaigns, identifying growth opportunities and performance improvements
- Coordinate across content, design, and strategy teams to ensure smooth and timely execution
- Track deliverables, timelines, and project progress across multiple accounts
- Maintain visibility on ongoing work and ensure quality and deadlines are consistently met
- Manage internal workflows, ensuring operational efficiency and clarity in execution
- Identify risks or blockers early and proactively solve problems to keep projects on track
