Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, for an Account Manager at GreyMatters Communications & Consulting. The Account Manager will manage client accounts, develop and implement communications strategies, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include creating and executing PR campaigns, coordinating with media, fostering stakeholder relationships, overseeing political and policy-related tasks, and curating tailored outreach plans for various sectors. The role also involves managing social media campaigns, preparing reports, and ensuring client satisfaction while contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and Team Coordination.
- Proficiency in Public Relations, Communication Strategy, and Media Relations.
- Experience in Social Media Campaign Management, Content Research, and Digital Content Creation (audio/video).
- Knowledge of Policy Advocacy, Campaign Management, and Government Relations.
- Ability to design and execute innovative PR and outreach campaigns across diverse sectors.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Familiarity with rural outreach, data-driven strategies, and influencer engagement is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Experience in the fields of public affairs, advocacy, or media preferred.
