Job Title: P2P Executive – VAT Recovery
Location: hybrid delhi/faridabad/wfh
Salary: ₹40,000-60,000 per month

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented P2P Executive with a focus on VAT recovery and invoice processing. The candidate will be responsible for managing the procure-to-pay cycle while ensuring accurate VAT treatment and timely recovery for international clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Process vendor invoices in line with P2P cycle (Procure-to-Pay)
• Review invoices for VAT compliance and eligibility for recovery
• Maintain proper documentation for VAT claims and audits
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for invoice discrepancies
• Prepare and track VAT recovery reports (EU/UK or other jurisdictions preferred)
• Assist in filing VAT returns (if required)
• Ensure timely payments and reconciliation of vendor accounts
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with client-specific requirement
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in P2P / Accounts Payable / VAT processing
• Basic understanding of VAT/GST and invoice compliance
• Experience in VAT recovery (EU/UK) is a strong advantage
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills for client/vendor coordination
Preferred Qualifications
• B.Com / M.Com / Accounting background
• Experience with international clients or cross-border taxation
• Familiarity with ERP systems
