Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities include overseeing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, coordinating with internal teams, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications
- Client management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide an excellent client experience
- Knowledge and experience in Growth Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing (PPC), and E-commerce Optimization
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with data interpretation and performance metrics
- Organizational and project management skills to handle timelines and deliverables across multiple campaigns
- Team collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with relevant software tools and platforms used in digital marketing and client management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the digital marketing or technology sector is a plus
