Role Description
This is a remote contract role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee day-to-day interactions with partner institutions, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of ExamEvoke's solutions. Responsibilities include onboarding new partners, tracking institution performance metrics, providing support and solutions to enhance outcomes, and serving as the main point of contact for client feedback and satisfaction. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities for partnerships, presenting insights, and driving continuous improvement across all initiatives.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships and provide excellent customer service.
- Communication and Presentation skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders, give insights, and deliver impactful reports.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to monitor metrics, address challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Project Management and Organizational skills for overseeing onboarding, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely completion of client initiatives.
- Experience in EdTech, HR solutions, or career-oriented platforms is a plus.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work efficiently in remote environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field; familiarity with SaaS products is advantageous.
