Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager – Global Clients, based in Abroad . The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring their needs are met throughout the immigration process. Responsibilities include managing communication with clients, identifying their specific requirements, providing guidance on immigration processes, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role requires attention to detail, a proactive approach, and expertise in delivering tailored solutions for global clients.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of immigration policies, processes, and related compliance requirements
- Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a detail-oriented approach
- Proficiency in documentation management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
